(Received 22, 9.20 a.m.) Berlin August 21 The Opel Cycle and Sewing Machine Works at Ruesselsheim have been burned, and 20,000 cycles and 30,000 sowing machines destroyed. The damage is estimated at £200,000.
A RUSSO-GERMAN AGREEMENT. St. Petersburg, August 21. A Russo-German agreement has been signed respecting Persian trade and railway developments. PERSIAN AFFAIRS. Teheran, August 21.
