»Per Press Association.) Carterton, August 18. An inquest was held yesterday, before Mr J. T. M. Hornsby (coroner), on the body of Fanny Frances Goodin, who had been drowned in a creek at Dalelield. Deceased, aged 66, the wife of Robert Goodin, farmer, Dalefield, had wandered into a shallow creek and drowned herself in six inches of water. Ehrman was committed for trial today on further charges arising out of the wharf thefts. Rail was refused.
