Newton King’s Weekly Report. At the Haymarket on Saturday there was a large attendance of buyeic, but only a fair yarding of pigs came forward, chiefly stoves. Prices,, however, were in advance of previous sales. .1 quote:—Wcimers 9s, small stores 16s 6d to ISs 6d, medium do. 193 to 235, breeding sows £2 to £4 7s 6(1, calves 2s Gd to Ms Gd, trap £3 IQs, milk call £7 10s, harness, tanks, wire and sundiios at usual rates. At the Malt.—Poultry: liens 2s to 2s 3d, rooster Is 9d, ducks 2s, geese 3s 3d, potatoes lie Gd sack, small bag ss, onions Is per bag, pumpkins •5s sack, mai rows 3s sack, bacon 5d lb. Seed potatoes: White Elephant, Early Rose, Beauty of Hebron, Op-to-Dates, arid Irish Rocks 8s Gd to JOs Gd per cwt. Furniture and sundries sold Well. I also held a tree sale on behalf of the Morshcad Nursery Co., New Plymouth, at prices on a par \vith previous, sales. I will be holding another tree sale on Saturday next on behalf of Mr. Trnelove, Ngaire.
