CONCILIATION COMMISSION.

BAKERS’ DISPUTE. (Por Press Association.) Wellington, August 14. The Conciliation Commission, Mr P. Hally, president, has concluded the hearing of the Country and Wellington Operative Bakers’’ dispute, tho fipal sitting being hold at Mastorton last Friday. Agreement on all minor points has been arrived at, but matters of wages, hours and preference have not boon settled. A suggestion has been made that a final conference of representatives of all parties lie held at Palmerston North, the object being to come to an agreement without going to court. Arrangements are being made accordingly. Should tho case go to court it will be taken fit the first sitting in Wellington on September 4.
