AN AGREEMENT- REACHED. Washington, August 12. The Senate and the House of Representatives, after numerous conferences, settled the disputed Wool Bill on a percentage of 20 ad valor an. 0 ho President’s veto is now feared. Caipet wool rates wore increased from 10 to 20 per centage, and ord’nayv wools reduced from 35 uer cent.
