SPORTING.

DISQUALIFIED FOR LIFE. (Received 9, 9.10 a.in.) Sydney, August 9. The identity of the gelding called Kurd Kurd, is doubted. He recently won the Novice Handicap at Hcddon, and it has now been proved that lie was brought from New Zealand early in May, and later sold privately by C. A. Conoron to Mick Gilroy. As a result of an enquiry, Kurd Kurn, Coneron and Gilroy have been disqualified for life.
