SUNSTROKE IN BERLIN.
Berlin, July 30. The temperature in Berlin is 95 in the shade. Thirty-six deaths from heat-strokes have occurred during the week. M. Dcselves, after a Cabinet council, said he was hopeful that a new treaty wmdd be concluded of a satisfying nature to all parties interested.
