TRAMS FOR PALMERSTON.
(Per Press Association N Palmerston N., July 25. The Palmerston Borough Council last night decided to submit a loan proposal to ratepayers in favour of the installation of an electric tram service on the Edison storage battery system at a cost of £15,000 for an eight-milo route.
