Mr. Nawtcn King’s Weekly Report. At the Hay market on Saturday there was a large attendance, and a good yarding of pigs, practically every pen being tilled, and all sold at the hammer with the exception of one pen at prices in advance of previous sales. I quote slips and weanors 8s (Id to its 6d, stores 12s 6d to IBs 6d, porkers (medium)' 23s 6d to 265, breeding sows oos, calves 3s 6d to 14s. At tiie Mart —Poultry, laying bens 3s' 6d, to os, killing hens Is 6d to Is 9d, roosters Is 7d to 2s Id, ducks Is Del, potatoes He per sack, onions 5s per bag. Furniture and sundries at usual auction rates. 1 also held a sale on behalf of the Mofshead Nursery Co., at prices in favour- of buyers. A large quantity of grdfteWos, etc., were also sold on behalf of the D.0.A., the balance of which will he sold on Saturday next. Thirds an admirably-.opportunity to obtain groceries at low'rates, as the balance will be sold .absolutely without reserve.
