PERSIAN UNREST.
A TREACHEROUS PREMIER. Teheran, July 24. The ex-Shah entered Strabad, but the attitude of the Premier in refusing to .quit. Russian protection paralyses the Government’s action. Though universally suspected of treason, the Mejiiss is able to rid itself of the Premier.
