W AIM ATE 111, At llawera on Thursday afternoon the Stratford second juniors will meet Waimate, with whom they drew at [Capouga last Thursday, in the play-off for the third-grade championship. The following players have been selected to play for Stratford; C’o'hfts (2), Mareliant. (2), Loveridgc, Rogcws, Crewe, Bowler, Rennie, Russ, Leshe, Walsh, Jones, Sheahan. Emergonc.es: Slight, Syme. Shed practice will be held 10-i.ig;A. A drag for Hawera leaves the past office at noon on Thursday. FIRE BRIGADE V. FORESTERS. The Stratford Volunteer Eire Brigade try conclusions with members of the Foresters’ Lodge at a Rot ball match in Victoria Park on Thursday next, the 27th hist., at 3 o’clock. A collection will bo taken up in aid of the Fire Brigade funds. The following will represent the Fire Brigade:—Grubb, Crossen, Gorton, Lane, Wilson, Davcy, Liston, Brocklobauk, Walsh, Freeman, Boon, Payton (2), Grcdig, Drake and Davis. The Foresters’ team will he picked from the following: C. Copestako, F. Parker,' Burkett (2), A. E. Hunter, Kivdl (I), Hancock (2), E. Lau, W. Sullivan, Rowson (2), T. Walsh, A. Scanlon, J. H. Thompson, Wood, I). Rogers, C. Smith, W. Porter. Any member unable to play is asked to notify the secretary.
