ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
(Per Press Association.) <■ Hastings, July 24.' As (He Napier train was leaving Hastings on Saturday evening, and while passing Sc. Aubyn Street mossing, tfis fireman noticed a man' lying on the load near the line'. The train was pulled up, and a search revealed the body of a man, who had evidently been caught by the cowcatcher, and sustained injuries that proved immediately fatal. His name is Charles ' William Timins, single, aged 29.
