COMPULSORY MILITARY TRAINING.

A public meeting on Sunday, convened by the local branch oi the Ami-Militarist Society, was largely attended. It was decided to hold a public demonstration in about a fortnight. Delegates were appointed to ask the co-operation of the Peace Society and various working men’s unions to arrange concerted action to justify the contention that there was intense antagonism to compulsory military training.
