NEUTRALITY QUETION.
SOUTH AFRICA AND BRITAIN. By Electric Telegraph-Copyright United Press Association. London, July 19. Mr Chris Botha, a member of the Opposition in the Union Parliament, interviewed in London, denounced the Volkstem’s utteranco as most dangerous and entirely opposed to the maintenance of the Empire and antagonistic to the interests of the dominions. He confidently hoped that General Botha would early disavow the Volkstem’s standpoint, and added that in tho event of war tho enemy’s assent would be necessary before the dominions were allowed to remain neutral.
