PASSENGERS’ COMPLAINTS. New York, july 17. At the enquiry into the wreck of the Santa Rosa the survivors’ evidence shows that the rescue of all aboard could easily have beer effected. One witness declared that a greater effort could have been i.udo to save the cargo and cattle.
