THE INSURANCE BILL. London, July 12. In the House of Commons Mr Lloyd-George ouD'ncd the mocili cation of the Insurance Pall to niciudo agriculturists, domestics, muses, and clerks whose employers pay wages during illness. Mr Lhiyd-Geoigc proposes that employers an. i wageearners pay a penny apiece ’ less, thereby eliminating the temporary sick benefit, leaving the permanent sickness,' sanitorium, and maternity benefits untouched.
