The Licensing Act debars tlje sale of liquor to youths only for consumption on the premises. The Magistrate wanted to commit the boy to an industrial school, but a difficulty occurred, because only the Governor has power to order such committal if the offender is over the age of sixteen, and the case was adjourned.
