ALLEGED SMUGGLING.

Perth, July 7. The Crown withdraw the original smuggling charges against the captains of tl.e Dutch schooners Fortune and Harriet. An an honorary Magistrate was on the bench the Court had no jurisdiction. There are fresh indictments on five charges, including that of smuggling. The evidence is proceeding.
