KAIKOURA RACING CLUB. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, July 5. Replying to a deputation from the Kaikonra. Racing Club to-day, the Hon. D. Bucldo stated that the Racing Commissioners’ report was in conlormity witli the provisions of the Act, and Unit far one year it must be given effect to. the end of that time they would know the amount of interest in the iistriers which bad been of the totalisator permit, and after that date the position might be revealed
