The “Daily News” declares that it has high Ministerial authority for stating that Cabinet is united iu its decision to employ the Royal prerogative at the earliest time, amass the House of Lords drop amendment to clause 1 of the Parliament Hill. (Received 3, 9.3 a.m.) London, July 2. The “Observer’ ’declares that Mr. Asquith has not obtained the King’s guarantee of the exorcise of the Royal prerogative.
