ANGLO-AMERICAN TREATY.
By Electric Telegraph—Copyright United Press Association. (Received 1, 8.5 a.m.) Washington, Juno 30. The Anglo-American Arbitration Treaty will be completed on Friday. A canvass of the Senate’s views indicates that there is practically no opposition, the Senate understanding that its treaty-ratify-ing powers are fully conserved. Unofficial advices state that Franco is ready to negotiate a similar treaty.
