SUPREME COURT.

(Per Press Association.) Napier, Juno 27. The Supreme Court was occupied the greater part of yesterday afternoon and till bite in the evening with’ a base in which a man named Frank Oakley Skelton was charged with the theft of two bicycles. The jury were unable to agree, and a new trial will take place on a day to lie fixed tomorrow.
