THE FOXTON COLLISSON.
(Per Press Association.) Palmerston North, June 2G. The Court held that the collision was duo to a wrongful act on the part of Captain Manley, of the Himitangi, in going to the wrong side of the channel. The Court did not touch his certificate, but ordered him to pay the costs, £l4.
