ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES.
WORK OF THE COMMISSIONERS. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, June 27. Within a few daj r s the Census Chico will hand over to tho Electoral Department full particulars of the population of Now Zealand, showing its distribution in tho various electorates and districts covered by the sub-en-umerators. These particulars are in duo course referred to the Lands and Survey Department, which will prepare a largo map setting them out in form easy for reference, with due regard to natural features of country. The next stop is the calling together of representation commissions, one for each island. They will he constituted as follows: North island.—Unofficial members, Messrs. W. H. Quick and H. S. Wardoll ; official members, Messrs J. Stnuiclion (Surveyor-General), who will bo chairman). E. C. Goldsmith (Chief Surveyor, Auckland), and William Armstrong (Chief Surveyor, Taranaki). South Island.—Unofficial members, 'Messrs. C. S. Reeves and T. S. Weston; official members, Messrs. T. N. Orodrick (Chief Surveyor, Christchurch). E. H. Wilmot (Chief Surveyor, Otago), and G. H. McClure (Chief Surveyor, Westland). The Commission will probably be called together during the second woek in July. \
