The place was ,crowded with spectators. Results Middle-weights.—'fancied boat Gilroy, the latter being disqualified for holding; Clifford boat O’Brien. Heavy-weights—Freeman beat Huttor. Welter-weights.—Murphy beat Cuddy. Light-weights.—Wilson beat Fabling; Valintinc beat McCarthy. Feather-weights.— Ellis beat Ingham. .Bantam-weights.—Joplin beat Kutner.
