Parliament j is adjourned till .Monday. , v Mr. Asquith, in reply to a question as to whether he will allow hi» supporter* to vote upon the Declination of London without pressure of the party whips, said the Government viewed the subject as one of high policy, and inasmuch as they approved tire Declaration after the fullest examination and consideration, they were unable to renounce their responsibility by leaving it an open question.
