DECLARATION OF LONDON.
CONFERENCE OF ADMIRALS. (Received 20, 10.5 a.m.) London, June 19. A private conference of Admirals Lord Bevcsford presiding, unanimous ]y condemned the Declaration of Lon don. Lord Bercsford, in a message convouing the meeting, said the dm <rr>r that was staling Britain in the face was not invasion, but starvation.
