(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Juno 16. During the discussion on the chairnan’s report, Mr. T. S. Weston moved that directors bo voted 1 bonus i f C3OOO in recognition of ineir services md on account of the inadequacy of ‘■heir remuneration, 1 considering the growth of business and .espoiisibiJi:ios attaching to them. The chairman said he could rot accept the motion without notice, and added, moreover, that the remuneration was fixed by law. Subsequently the chairman was voted a bonus of CSOO in recognition of his services, and in view of his visiting Europe. The chairman said lie saw no reason under normal conditions why a dividend of 15 per cent, slxould not lie continued. Tne usual votes of thanks were passed.
