Dannevirko, Juno 14. A poll for a loan for an extra £2OOO to complete the town hall scheme was taken to-day. There was a big poll--322 for and 238 against. The loan is for a sum of £IO,OOO. The contract is let to Mr. J. H. Fairhurst, and the erection of the building will ho put in hand forthwith. MASTERTON ITEMS. Masterton, June 14.
