U BITTERLY COLD WINDS. (Received 9. 8.55 a.m.) Sydney, June 9. An Antarctic disturbance Inis caused strong and bitterly cold winds, which are interfering with shipping and telegraphic communication. There have boon snowfalls in the upland districts.
