THE INSTALLATION SERVICE. (Per Press Association.! Wellington, Last Night. This evening the Rev. T. 11. Sproti the newly-consecrated Bishop of Wei lington, was installed at devotional see vice in St. Paul’s Pro-Cathedral. Arch deacon Fancourt, on behalf of th• church, endowed nun with all the autli orities, rights and obligations, and hand ed him the pastoral staff of office.
