EATEN BY CANNIBALS.
FATE OF TWELVE ISLANDERS. Port Moresby, May 21. A single survivor of a party of thirteen native deserters from a plantation has arrived here. He slates that after deserting they met a party of cannibals, who hound and killed the remainder of the party. The survivor managed to bite his bonds and escape. Prom cover he watched the cannibals cook and eat Ids friends. >
