Vessel Idle As Result Of Dispute

(P.A.) WESTPORT, April 6. A dispute has arisen about the hour at which labour should have been engaged for trimming coal on the Union Steam Ship Company’s Kaimai following a stoppage through rain and the vessel is idle. The Kaimai arrived from Wellington on Wednesday. Until the dispute is settled no work is expected to be done on the vessel.
