ALL COMMUNICATIONS STOPPED

Denmark To Sweden (Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, April 25. Germany on Monday suddenly stopped air, sea and telephonic communications between Denmark and Sweden,, says the Stockholm correspondent of The Daily Express. An unconfirmed report from Helsingborg states that the restrictions were imposed because of unspecified “extraordinary events” inside Germany. The correspondent says this is’ the first time the Germans have taken such a step since the occupation of Denmark in 1940. The Gestapo might have discovered a senous leakage via Denmark of vital information about the battle of Germany and took this drastic action to plug it immediately.
