BAPTIST APPEAL. —In connection with the diamond jubilee of the Baptist Union and Missionary Society of New Zealand, an appeal was made to Baptists of the Dominion for £lO,OOO. The response on the Sunday set apart for offerings, together with amounts received subsequently, now totals £10,500, representing more than £1 a head of the communicants. —P.A.
