SERVANT TO LINCOLN
(Rec. 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 26. The death occurred at Clearwater, Florida of Roily Payne, a negro, aged 109. Payne was a servant to Abraham Lincoln. He claimed that he also worked for Presidents Grant and McKinley. He was the son of an African JMethodist minister.
