AMERICAN MINISTER
WASHINGTON, November 4. The Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, said Brigadier-General P. J. Hurley, was returning to New Zealand as Minister, via Moscow and other capitals. His visits were not matters of foreign policy. He hinted that they dealt with, other aspects of the war.
