DISCIPLINE IN E.P.S. TO BE ENFORCED
(P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 3. Power to enforce discipline and service in the Emergency Precautions Service will be taken by the Government soon, according to the Hon. R. Semple. Speaking at Lyttelton he said: “We must have and will have within a few days compulsory discipline and compulsory service under the scheme. We must have a post for everybody and must see that everybody is at his post. Each man must be trained for whatever task he is allotted.”
