CORVETTE DESTROYS U-BOAT
(Rec. 8.20 p.m). LONDON, Nov. 21. The Admiralty announced that the corvette Marigold had destroyed a German U-boat in the area where two days previously the Ark Royal had been torpedoed. It is practically certain that this Üboat participated in the attack on the Ark Royal. Thirty-foui’ members of the U-boat crew were taken prisoner.
