Cold and Changeable (Special) WELLINGTON, Nov. 13. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland, issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Strong winds from between south and west; the weather cold and changeable with periods of showers, but improving. Showery weather was experienced in Invercargill yesterday. The day was stormy and unpleasant. Heavy rain was falling at 1 o’clock this morning. There was a cold wind from the west. The barometer reading was 30.30 in. (rising).
