TODAY’S PROSPECTS (Special) WELLINGTON, October 26. Prospects for the third and concluding day of the Wellington meeting are the best for the fixture so far, the weather having cleared and though a cold southerly prevailed throughout the week-end there was plenty of sunshine today and the going should be improved. The fields have kept up well and they are mostly composed of horses that have raced already nt the meeting, there being only five fresh horses engaged.
