Barr (Colac Bay) for £3/3/-, costs £l/8/6; Cash Radio Company (Southland) Limited (in liquidation) v. Eric Norman McLennan (Greenhills) for £25 7/6, costs £4/5/6; E. T. McCurdy v. J. Brown (Kaitangata) for £B/12/5, costs £l/10/6.

On a judgment summons D. Cameron (Invercargill) was ordered to pay H. S. Young, Ltd., £l/1/6 forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment. Frederick William Targuse (Invercargill) was ordered to pay £l/11/5 forthwith to the Southland Brick Association in default two days’ imprisonment.
