HIGHER RAILWAY REVENUE

Passenger And Goods Traffic Heavier (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 14. The railway revenue figures for the 40 weeks of the current year were given by the Minister of Railways, the Hon. R. Semple, today as £1,030,728, over £500,000 more than the net amount earned during last year’s equivalent period. The returns for the fourweekly period to January 4 show a con - siderable increase in passenger and goods traffic against the corresponding
