NATIONAL SAVINGS SCHEME

INVERCARGILL ORGANIZER APPOINTED (Special to The Times) WELLINGTON, November 1. Mr W. G. Nield, supervisor of the clerical branch of the Invercargill Post Office staff, has been appointed organizer of the national savings movement in the Invercargill postal district. His headquarters will be at Invercar,gill. The national savings campaign will be conducted on the lines of the savings movement which is proving so successful in Great Britain. It is hoped that savings groups will be set up in all business establishments.
