ORGANIZERS OF HOME GUARD

VISIT TO INVERCARGILL ON WEDNESDAY The Dominion organizers of the Home Guard, Messrs R. Sinel and C. J. Hay, will visit Invercargill next week. At its meeting yesterday the Southland County Council received advice from the National Service Department that Messrs Sinel and Hay left Wellington on Tuesday and would meet the Home Guardeauthorities and all other interested bodies at Invercargill on Wednesday next at 8 p.m. Ci's W. M. Norman and L. A. Niederer and the county clerk (Mr H. C. Gimblett) were appointed to represent the council at the meeting.
