TWO MINUTES’ SILENCE TO BE OBSERVED (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 1. A notification issued by the Government today invites the co-operation of citizens and traffic controlling authorities in the observance of two minutes’ silence from 11 a.m. on Monday, November 11, in commemoration of Armis- • tice Day.
