FELLOWSHIP OF PRAYER
To The Editor ' Sir, —A study of Ephesians VI, verses . 10-18, and a realization that we do indeed fight not only flesh and blood but 1 against the rulers of the darkness of . this world, led to the suggestion that a fellowship of prayer should be formed. : We pray for all who are working to de- : fend the British Empire, especially those 1 in the Motherland and in other danger zones, and that the people of the Empire 1 may turn to God as their only sure : hope and refuge. The fellowship is in- . ter-denominational and has already I brought blessing and comfort. We now wish through the medium of your paper to invite others to join us, particularly those who have dear ones overseas and others who through various circumstances are prevented from doing all they would wish toward the war effort, such as invalids and those isolated in distant places. If any who are interested will write to Miss Theobald, ; McNab, Gore, she will be glad to send 1 them a booklet with suggestions for 1 daily prayer.—Yours, etc., . THE FELLOWSHIP. s July 16, 1940. <
