(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 13. The Gazette notifies that the Teachers Appeal Board for 1940 will comprise: Chairman, Mr T. R. Cresswell; representatives of the Education Department, Messrs J. W. Mcllraith and A. F. McMurtrie; representatives of teachers in secondary schools, Messrs J. A. Colquhoun and J. G. McKay; Technical schools, Messrs L. R. R. Denny and G. W. C. Drake; primary schools, Messrs W. F. Abel, G. R. Griffiths, R. McGlashen and D. C. Pryor. >
