SUCCESSFUL STREET COLLECTION

(United Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 17. With six substantial returns still to be added, the street collection organized by the St. John Ambulance Association to aid the Sick and Wounded Fund of the Red Cross and Order of St. John had realized £2362 tonight. The organizer said he was confident that the total amount received would be more than £3OOO, the largest sum ever collected in the Auckland district.
