The German technique is now so well known that the only conclusion is that the Germans are themselves preparing to take the very step of which they falsely accuse the Royal Air Force. STORMY MEETINGS IN BERLIN CONFERENCES AT REICH CHANCELLERY AMSTERDAM, April 27. It is learned from Berlin that Herr Hitler’s conferences at the Reich Chancellery are becoming longer and more stormy. They are also more largely attended every day. The Berlin correspondent of the newspaper Telegraaf says that it is no secret that the plans in Norway went astray and that the campaign is swallowing more forces and war material than it was expected it would require.
